About Us - the birth of the Beach Brush 

Hi, I'm Gaz - West Australian husband, dad and beach and boots brain stormer. After years of beach days with our three energetic kids, I got fed up with turning the car into a mobile sandcastle. One sunny afternoon, watching the kids pile in like adorable sand monsters, I had a light bulb moment.....there must be a better way to beat the beach mess. And just like that, Happy as Gaz was born.   

Our first creation! A ripper little beach brush made from sustainable materials, gentle on the skin, fierce on the sand, compact and it's been a game changer for beach days.

But the story didn't stop there....

Introducing the Muddy good brush (sports brush)

After tackling sand, we turned our attention to another gritty culprit...muddy sports boots. Whether it's football, soccer, rugby, hockey, cricket, baseball, softball or backyard battles, those footy boots carry half the playing field into your car and home. So, we designed the Happy as Gaz muddy good brush - sports boot brush. This is a tough little unit that scrubs off dirt, grass and mud. 

It has one side of soft bristles with the other side hard which are durable for stubborn muck and a compact design for a car door pocket and sports bag.

More than a brush, it's a Family Project   

Happy as Gaz isn't just a brand, it's a crash course in entrepreneurship for our kids. They help pack orders, test the prototypes and learn what it means to build something together. Every product is a chapter to our story.
